Introduction:On the occasion of Engineer’s Day (15th September 2026), HackKro is organizing CodeClash 1.0, a competitive coding event hosted on the Unstop platform. The objective of this event is to provide students with a nationwide platform to showcase their problem-solving skills, enhance logical thinking, and compete with top coding talent. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced developer, CodeClash 1.0 is designed to test your limits and boost your technical growth. Event Details: Event Name: CodeClash 1.0 Organized By: HackKro Date: 15th September 2026 Mode: Online (via Unstop) Eligibility: Open to all college students across all streams and years Registration Fee: Free Rewards & Certificates: Winner Certificate: Awarded to top performers Certificate of Excellence: Top 10 rankers Participation Certificate: Provided to all active participants Event Structure & Rounds: Round 1 — MCQ & Aptitude Blitz Date & Time: 6th September 2026 to 15th September 2026 Duration: 30 Minutes Format: 30 Multiple Choice Questions Topics: Core Programming (C++, Java, Python), Data Structures Basics, Aptitude & Logical Reasoning Round 2 — DSA & Algorithmic Sprint Date & Time: 15th September 2026 Duration: 30 Minutes Format: 1 Coding Problems (Easy to Medium) Topics: Array manipulation, Strings, Sorting/Searching, Basic Graph & Tree Traversal Eligibility Criteria: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate college students. Participants must register individually using a valid email ID. Accurate selection of study year during registration is mandatory. Participants are permitted to attempt only the rounds designated for their respective academic year. Rules & Code of Conduct: Registrations must be completed exclusively via the official Unstop link. One submission per individual; duplicate accounts will lead to instant ban. Strictly no use of AI tools, external assistants, or unauthorized tab-switching. Plagiarism checks will run automatically across all code submissions. The decisions made by team HackKro will be final and non-negotiable. Judging & Tie-Breaking Criteria: MCQ Round: Accuracy and speed (completion time). Coding Rounds: Test case accuracy (Hidden + Sample test cases) Time and Space Complexity of the submission In case of equal scores, the participant reaching the score first gets the higher rank.
