A flagship competition organized by Finstreet - The Finance Committee of K J Somaiya Institute of Management, in association with Finlatics. Guidelines: The contest is open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students. Intercollege teams are allowed. 2 members per team. One person will be a team leader. Participants will be ranked periodically based on their performance relative to others. A student cannot be a part of more than one team. Your candidature is liable for disqualification if the organizing committee finds you indulging in unfair means. Registered teams will get their login credentials on the registered email ID prior to the start of the event. If the team already has an email registered with Finlatics, they are required to provide another email for registration. Virtual Trading Rules: Upon registration, each team will be granted virtual money worth ₹10 lakhs to strategise and trade. Teams must make a minimum of 3 trades each day. These trades can either be closed the same day or carried over to the next. Adding more amounts to an existing stock will not count as an extra trade (a trade counts only if placed on a different stock). A stock cannot be sold within 30 minutes of its purchase. Buying and selling can only be executed during live trading hours from 9:15 AM to 3:30 PM. Options, futures, and leverage will not be enabled. Rankings will be based on the total net worth of the team on the final trading day.
