XLRI PGDM (GM) Class of 2026-27 is excited to organize the "Manakriti 2026" Case Competition as part of the Manakriti - The AI Conclave. The Manakriti 2026 Conclave is scheduled for October 10th, 2026, themed on latest developments in AI, its business impact across industries, where experts from reputed organizations would share their ideas and experiences. The competition aims to provide participants with an opportunity to enhance their understanding of AI innovation in a changing world. Please find below the rules and guidelines for participating in the Manakriti 2026 Case Competition organized by PGDM (GM) XLRI Jamshedpur. Participation: There is no restriction on the number of teams participating from the same institute. All team members should be from the same organization/institution. Each participant should be registered only once. Multiple participation can lead to disqualification from any round, when identified. Rounds: The first round consists of a quiz, followed by a PPT/PDF(5-7 slides) + Video Submission round (with a time limit for video = 7 minutes) Teams need to submit their presentation slides in the form of a PPT/PDF on the Unstop platform. The PPT/PDF and video files should be named as InstituteName_TeamName. Participants can form teams of 1 (minimum) to 3 (maximum) members. Each participant can be a part of only one team. The solution PPT should consist of a maximum of 7 slides, excluding the title (team introduction) and the Thank you slides. Modification of teams after registration will not be entertained. Candidates will not be allowed to add/remove/modify any content of the presentations submitted during the case solution submission round. Any noticeable changes may lead to disqualification of that entry at the discretion of the Corporate Competition Committee, XLRI Jamshedpur Compliance and Evaluation: Teams should adhere to the provided guidelines; failure to comply may result in disqualification. Participants will be evaluated based on the creativity and feasibility of the solutions presented. Any participant found to be registered from multiple teams will be disqualified. In case of any disputes, the decision of the organizers will be final. The PGDM (GM) Competition Committee reserves the right to verify the registration information submitted at any point in time. Only those teams will receive participation certificates who make the submission in the case round. The presentation videos shared by the participants may be used by the organizers for branding purposes on social media and other platforms.
