General Eligibility: Open to individual participants at the national level (not team-based; individual participation). Two participation categories: IETE Members — must hold a valid IETE membership number (Student/Associate/Fellow/Corporate) verified at registration. Non-IETE Members — open to students or general participants from any recognized institution/organization. One entry per participant; participants cannot represent more than one category. Registration: Registration through an official online form/portal with valid ID proof (IETE membership card). Registration deadline clearly stated, with no on-the-spot entries. Competition Format: Main Rounds — online objective-type screening test (MCQs) covering Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, General Engineering, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and problem-solving, and Emerging Technology. Equal question difficulty and time limits for all participants regardless of member/non-member status — category should affect eligibility, not scoring advantage. Tie-breaker: The best time in answering questions gets the higher position. Conduct Rules: No use of mobile phones, smart devices, printed material, or external help during rounds. Decisions of the quizmaster/judges are final and binding. Any form of malpractice (leaking questions, impersonation, unfair collaboration) leads to immediate disqualification. Participants must report at the venue/platform at least 15–30 minutes before the scheduled start. Scoring & Judging: Clear point system per round declared beforehand. A panel of judges/quizmasters oversees scoring; disputes handled only during the round, not after. Certificates of participation for all; prizes to the winners and ISF toppers (min. 100 participants). Disqualification Grounds: False information at registration (fake ID, fake membership). Rule violations flagged by judges/proctors. Withdrawal without prior notice in team-affecting rounds (if applicable).
