InteractUp is a National Level NGO with 5000+ members across India working towards skill development, start up support, corporate relationships and supporting the youth to develop in personal as well as professional life. InteractUp presents the InteractUp National Core Committees Selection Challenge 2026 — a multi-stage competition designed to identify individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, solve real-world problems, and transform ideas into executable initiatives. Selected individuals will get the opportunity to join the 2026–27 Committee. Participants will be tested on their ability to analyse, ideate, strategise, present, and execute through a series of competitive rounds. If you are selected for the committee you become family to the NGO, not only you join the Core committee for a year and create National impact but also after the tenure you become alum and can always reap benefits from network that will keep on increase, new prominent connections, enjoy new and old initiatives, get some life long friends. InteractUp's National Core Skill Development Committee Organize monthly national-level competitions that develop communication, leadership, critical thinking, and other essential soft skills. Design and execute innovative competitions, challenges, workshops, and learning experiences. Research, create, and continuously improve learning resources, toolkits, practice materials, and skill development content. Invite industry experts, mentors, and professionals to conduct interactive sessions and masterclasses. Collaborate with colleges, student clubs, international communities, cultural organizations, and competition partners to expand opportunities for members. Identify emerging industry skills and develop programs that prepare members for future careers. Work closely with other committees to design specialized learning initiatives aligned with startups, corporates, and leadership development. Measure the impact of programs, gather feedback, and continuously improve the learning experience for members. The National Core Committee Selection Challenge 2026 focuses specifically on individuals who want to dedicate some time each week to the NGO and take on leadership responsibilities. Competition Structure Round 1 – Screening Challenge The journey begins with a screening round designed to understand each participant’s background, experiences, interests, and approach to leadership and skill development. Participants will complete an application form consisting of basic questions around their experiences, achievements, motivation, and perspectives. Evaluation: Profile, Experiences, Clarity, Motivation, Potential Round 2 – Pitch Round Once you fill the form in prior round, we will have online pitch round over google meet. PITCH ROUND - 5 MINUTES 3 mins: Your understanding of InteractUp - what we do, our vision, initiatives, and impact which yhou can research from our Instagram Page and Linkedin Page. 2 mins: Your ideas & contribution - what you want to do and how you want to create impact through the Core Committees. This committee selection process is for the whole tenure of Sept 2026 - Aug 2027, make sure to commit for this period. This competition is not only about winning any certificate. Top performers may also get the opportunity to take their ideas beyond the competition and execute them within the InteractUp ecosystem. Earn National-Level Recognition Gain official recognition as a National Committee Member and build credible proof of leadership, execution, and impact. From Competition to Real-World Execution For participants who demonstrate exceptional potential, the competition doesn't necessarily have to end with the Grand Finale. Selected individuals may get the opportunity to work with InteractUp on initiatives involving: National Competitions Skill Development Public Speaking Critical Thinking Professional Development Community Building Partnerships Social Impact Individuals selected for the Skill Development Core Committee 2026–27 may also get the freedom to propose, develop, and lead their own initiatives. Exceptional candidates may be considered for the position of: President – InteractUp National Core Committees | Sept'26 – Aug'27 These are voluntary leadership opportunities requiring consistent ownership and contribution. Who Can Participate? Open to ambitious students and young professionals ready to build skills, shape startups, connect with the corporate world, lead communities, and create real impact at a national level. Only participants who are genuinely interested in competing through the different stages should register. General Rules This is an individual competition and selected participants will be volunteer for the 2026-27 session. There is no participation fee. Participants must submit original work. Plagiarism or misrepresentation may result in disqualification. Participants must adhere to the deadlines and submission requirements communicated for each round. Only shortlisted participants will progress to subsequent rounds. Live-round participants must be available on the communicated date and time. Evaluation will be based on the criteria specified for each round. The decision of the evaluation panel will be final. InteractUp may modify timelines or operational details where reasonably necessary, with relevant updates communicated to participants. The Challenge Is Simple Can you THINK beyond the obvious?
