About WIM: Women in Management (WIM) is a community-driven initiative to start a positive dialogue around women, the workplace, and leadership. The primary aim is to create, nurture & celebrate women leaders in business. WIM is led by MBA students from IIFT Delhi. About Trade Winds 2026: Every year, the student body at IIFT organizes Trade Winds: International Business Conclave to gain insights from pre-eminent business leaders from diverse industries to sharpen our global business outlook. The theme for Trade Winds 2026 is “Reglobalization: Navigating Trade in a Changing World” Under its aegis, WIM is hosting the third edition of Nazariya, a national-level article writing competition, as part of the WIM Summit. This platform allows students to examine the changing landscape of global trade through a gendered lens. As supply chains are reconfigured, markets realign and businesses navigate a new era of globalisation, the competition asks participants to look beyond the movement of goods and capital and question who moves, who leads and who pays.
