All About NexHum – The Future of Human Intelligent SIBM Nagpur proudly presents NexHum, a national-level HR analytics case competition that brings together students from across the country to explore how data can support better people decisions. The competition challenges participants to analyse complex workplace problems, think critically, and develop practical solutions that balance business performance with employee needs and fairness. NexHum welcomes students from management, technology, and related disciplines. Whether your interest lies in human resources, analytics, strategy, finance, marketing, or operations, the competition focuses on the ability to interpret evidence, exercise sound judgment, and make informed decisions about people and organisations. The competition consists of three stages: a quiz, a case study submission, and an online presentation before a judging panel. Throughout the competition, emphasis is placed on structured thinking, analytical reasoning, business understanding, and the ability to justify recommendations. Participants may use analytical tools of their choice; evaluation focuses on the quality of insights and the feasibility of solutions rather than expertise in any particular software. Eligibility: Open to undergraduate and postgraduate students pursuing Management, Engineering, Technology, Computer Applications, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related disciplines, including MBA, PGDM, BBA, BMS, B.E., B.Tech, BCA, and MCA.
