This session is designed to help students understand how to build a professional, industry-ready resume and develop a strong career profile. The session will provide practical insights into what recruiters look for while evaluating student profiles and how students can effectively present their academic achievements, skills, projects, internships, and experiences. Eligibility: Open to all students, especially students looking to improve their resumes and prepare for internships and future placement opportunities. No prior experience or specific specialization is required. Students from different branches/specializations can participate. Session Format: Duration: Approximately 30–40 minutes, followed by a short interactive Q&A. Mode: Interactive session. Students will be encouraged to participate and ask questions. Practical career insights from the speaker's journey from Delhi University to XLRI Jamshedpur and Citi.
