Overview Master the end-to-end design process to build intuitive, user-centered digital products. This intensive offline workshop at the Lecture Hall Complex, IIT Bombay Campus, bridges the gap between user research, visual design, and interactive prototyping through concept sessions, live demos, and hands-on practice. Note: Limited seats available. Seats are on a first-come, first-served basis. What You Will Learn Foundations & Design Thinking: Core UI vs. UX concepts, human-centered design framework (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, Test), and principles of accessibility and usability. User Research & Journey Mapping: Conducting interviews and surveys, defining user personas, identifying pain points, and mapping user journeys to structure problems. Information Architecture & User Flows: Structuring content logically, designing friction-free navigation patterns, and translating user needs into functional screen requirements. Visual Design & UI Principles: Applying color theory, typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, responsive design layout, and building reusable components within design systems. Wireframing & Interactive Prototyping: Transitioning from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity designs and building clickable prototypes using Figma. Usability Testing & Iteration: Executing heuristic evaluations, collecting user feedback, refining designs based on data, and articulating design rationale effectively.
