About the OpportunityComplete Regsitration at : ZeroCode ZeroCode by Techfest, IIT Bombay is a high-stakes, fast-paced test of prompt precision, speed, and product vision. Designed for innovators, prompt engineers, and non-coders alike, participants are tasked with turning a surprise brief into a fully functional, production-ready web application using no-code/low-code tools and AI prompt engineering before the clock runs out. Whether you are a developer leveraging AI acceleration or a non-technical builder creating complete solutions from scratch, ZeroCode tests your ability to translate problem statements into functional digital products. Compete across regional Zonal centers to earn a spot at the Grand Finale during Techfest, IIT Bombay—Asia’s Largest Science and Technology Festival! Round-Wise Structure Round 1: Regional Zonals (Offline / Zonal Centers) Format: On-site offline challenge held at designated Zonal cities across India (including Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Kolkata). Task: Participants receive a live, real-time problem statement at the venue. You will have a limited time window (2 to 3 hours) to prompt, build, and deploy a responsive web application/prototype using approved no-code platforms (e.g., Bubble, FlutterFlow, Glide, Bolt.new, v0) or AI code generation tools. Evaluation Criteria: UI/UX Design, Functional Completeness, Logic & Workflow Integration, and Prompt Efficiency. Outcome: Top-performing teams/individuals from each Zonal center qualify directly for the Grand Finale at IIT Bombay. Round 2: Grand Finale (IIT Bombay Campus) Format: On-site offline competition held during Techfest at the IIT Bombay campus. Task: Qualified finalists face a multi-stage, high-intensity building sprint. Teams will receive a complex, real-world industry problem statement with surprise feature constraints introduced mid-way through the round. Presentation: Following the sprint, teams will pitch and demonstrate their live application directly to a panel of expert judges, industry leaders, and tech founders. Evaluation Criteria: Scalability, Feature Integration under Constraints, Pitch & Live Demo, User Experience, and Problem-Solution Fit. Eligibility & Team Rules Free to Participate Eligibility: Open to all undergraduate, postgraduate, and school students with a valid institutional ID card.
