This assessment is the second round of the Code Club's technical team recruitment process, designed to evaluate candidates' problem-solving ability, data structures & algorithms knowledge, and core programming/domain fundamentals. Format:The assessment consists of 3 sections and 9 total questions: Section 1 – Coding Questions (2 questions): DSA and algorithmic problem-solving questions requiring a working code submission. Each question includes defined input/output formats, constraints, and both visible and hidden test cases. Section 2 – Domain MCQs (2 questions): Conceptual questions from Operating Systems, testing understanding beyond textbook definitions. Section 3 – Programming Language MCQs (5 questions): C++-based questions covering language fundamentals, STL behavior, memory/object semantics, and common gotchas. Duration: 60 minutes Eligibility: Open to all engineering students who have cleared Round 1 of the Code Club recruitment process. Rules: This is an individual assessment — no team participation. Each coding question must be solved independently; plagiarism checks will be applied to code submissions. MCQs carry equal weightage unless otherwise specified; no negative marking unless stated. Use of AI code-generation tools during the coding section is not permitted. Candidates must complete the assessment in one sitting; no pausing/resuming once started. Scoring: Coding Questions: 20 marks each (40 total) Domain MCQs: 5 marks each (10 total) Language MCQs: 10 marks each (50 total) Total: 100 marks Selection: Candidates scoring above the cutoff (to be announced post-assessment) will proceed to the final interview round.
