About the Community Building Challenge: The Community Building Challenge is a hands-on competition designed for individuals who believe they can bring people together, create engagement, and build a community from the ground up. In this challenge, your goal is to build and grow a community of students who are interested in gig work, internships, brand opportunities, and real-world experiences. You will be challenged to think like a community builder — from creating a growth strategy and promotional content to actually executing your ideas and demonstrating measurable results. This is not just about submitting an idea. You plan it, create it, execute it, and prove the impact. Competition Rounds Round 1 – Plan: Develop and submit a community growth strategy covering both online and offline activities. Round 2 – Create: Create promotional content and creatives that can attract students and encourage them to join the community. Round 3 – Execute: Implement your strategy, grow the community, engage members, and submit valid proof of your work. Round 4 – Results: Participants will be evaluated based on their strategy, creativity, execution, community growth, engagement, and overall impact. The top performers will get an opportunity to work with Student Tribe, gain exposure to real community-building projects, and explore internship, gig, and brand collaboration opportunities.
