Government Continuity A Middle Eastern government is assessing how to maintain essential state functions during a catastrophic national security crisis. Develop a strategy for prioritising resilient infrastructure that supports leadership, communications, decision-making and public services during severe disruption. Oil Sustainability A Middle Eastern government wants to maximise the cumulative revenue generated from its remaining oil reserves while extending the resource’s economic life. Develop a strategic recommendation that addresses finite reserves and a changing global energy landscape. Submission Expectations Define the problem, structure the analysis and explain your recommendation. Address implementation priorities, key assumptions and the consequences of your choices. Rules Treat the briefs as case scenarios. Clearly identify external evidence and additional assumptions. Support recommendations with relevant analysis.
