Theme & Topics Theme: Transdisciplinary Paradigms for Sustainable Societies — Science, Technology, and Business Leadership. Topics include: AI/ML, Robotics, Energy, IoT, Biomedical Engineering, and more. Event Format & Process Stage 1: Abstract Submission: Participants must submit an abstract (maximum 300 words) through the provided Google Form. The abstract MUST include: Title, Objective, Methodology, Key Findings, and Conclusion. Stage 2: Presentation Round (Oct 14, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM): Shortlisted teams will present their papers live to the judges. Presentations are 7 minutes long (PPT, ~10 slides recommended), followed by a 3-minute Q&A session. Registration Fee: ₹200/- ONLY for shortlisted teams. Please DO NOT pay to submit your initial abstract. You will only be asked to pay through the website if you pass the screening round (Stage 1) and are selected to present. Rules Abstracts must not exceed 300 words and must strictly follow the required structure. Presentations must strictly adhere to the time limit: 7 minutes for presenting and 3 minutes for Q&A. Presentation Day Logistics: Teams will wait for their turn in a designated waiting room and will be called one by one to present in an isolated room in front of the judging panel.
