About the Opportunity: What if one idea could change the way an entire city works? Fund My Crazy: Build Night with AI is a hands-on AI innovation workshop where students will use AI to redesign a real part of urban life and transform it into a compelling, future-ready concept. Participants will identify a challenge in their city, collaborate with AI Tools to develop a practical solution, create a high-quality AI-generated visual, and present a 60-second investment-style pitch explaining why their idea deserves to be funded. This workshop is designed to introduce students to AI-assisted innovation, product thinking, rapid ideation, visual storytelling, and entrepreneurial communication, making it valuable for students across engineering, management, design, commerce, science, and humanities backgrounds. Unlike traditional workshops, this is an interactive build session where every participant creates a complete concept from problem discovery to AI-generated visualization and live presentation. What Participants Will Do: Identify a real urban challenge. Select one city element to reimagine. Brainstorm with AI. Refine the idea into a structured innovation concept. Generate a visual using Image Generation AI Tool. Present the idea in a 60-second pitch. Participate in peer voting and discussion. Themes: Participants may choose any one of the official innovation categories: Roads & Transportation Community & Living Healthcare Education Markets Surprise Element (any urban challenge) Event Format: The workshop will be conducted online and will follow a structured innovation sprint. Stage 1 – Introduction & AI Demonstration (5 minutes): Understanding the Fund My Crazy challenge. Demonstration of AI Tools. Explanation of evaluation criteria. Stage 2 – Problem Discovery (5 minutes): Selecting a city element. Defining the core problem. Identifying the target users. Stage 3 – AI Build Sprint (25–30 minutes): Participants will use AI to: Explore the problem. Generate solution concepts. Evaluate feasibility. Refine the idea. Create an implementation narrative. They will then generate a visual prototype using Image Generation AI Tool. Stage 4 – Live Pitch Showcase (10–15 minutes): Each participant will present: The problem. The proposed solution. The AI-generated visual. Expected impact. Why the idea should be funded. Stage 5 – Voting & Closing (5 minutes): Community voting. Best idea recognition. Submission guidance and next steps. Rules & Guidelines: Participation is individual. All ideation and visual creation should be done using AI Tools. Each participant may submit one primary concept during the workshop. The idea must be original and independently developed. Participants should be prepared to present their idea in 60 seconds. Respectful participation and constructive feedback are expected throughout the session. The organizer’s decision regarding event moderation and time management will be final. Eligibility: Open to students currently enrolled in any college or university in India. Students from all academic disciplines are eligible. No coding, AI, design, or startup experience is required. Beginners are encouraged to participate. Inter-College Participation: Students from different colleges are welcome to participate. Since the event is conducted individually, inter-college teams are not applicable.
