Overview: Inspired by the Continuous Crises Committee of MUNs, CCC is a dynamic consulting-related competition that tests participants’ communication, adaptability, strategic thinking, and decision making. It aims to mimic the constantly evolving nature of real-world consulting engagements. As participants formulate solutions, new crises emerge, forcing them to reassess, pivot strategies, and then make informed decisions. Team Structure: Teams of 2-3 participants each Event Flow: Phase 1: Case release A business case and its initial problem statement are released simultaneously to all participating teams. Teams receive 15 minutes to discuss and formulate their initial recommendation. Phase 2 – Live Crisis One team is selected at random to publicly present their solution. Teams are free to listen to every presentation. After hearing another team's approach, participants may either: retain their original recommendation, or modify it before future submissions, if they find that the presented solution is better than theirs. Immediately after each presentation, the moderators introduce a new crisis that significantly changes the situation. The process repeats throughout the event. Phase 3 – Final Submission Once all crisis rounds conclude, teams are given 60 minutes to prepare a comprehensive final submission. The submission may be in the form of: presentation deck, or structured document The document should clearly explain the team's strategy and reasoning for every stage of the competition, including how their recommendations evolved after each crisis. This is followed by a short questionnaire for each team, with a fixed set of questions. Number of Crisis Rounds: If participation is limited, the number of rounds may equal the number of teams so every team presents once. For larger participation, multiple teams (2–3) may present during each crisis round to ensure efficient time management. Each presenting team will be unique, ensuring that no team presents more than once during the live rounds. Master Solution Document: Before judging begins, moderators will be provided with a Master Solution Document containing the complete sequence of crises along with the benchmark solutions and key considerations expected at every stage.
