Kaltarang 2026 is the cultural fest of Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), taking place from 31st October to 2nd November 2026. This year, Kaltarang brings you: The city of unlived dreams A place where you can be the person you've always wanted to be - a version of yourself you've never had the chance to explore. About the Campus Ambassador Programme We're looking for enthusiastic students across colleges to become Kaltarang Campus Ambassadors and bring the City of Unlived Dreams to their campuses. As a Campus Ambassador, you will: Represent Kaltarang in your college Encourage registrations and participation Create awareness and excitement for Kaltarang Gain hands-on experience in leadership, marketing and networking Duration: Until the conclusion of Kaltarang - 31st October to 2nd November 2026 Eligibility Open to all college students, irrespective of year or branch Good communication and networking skills preferred Active presence on Instagram, WhatsApp and/or college community groups preferred Learning & Growth Opportunities Joining as a CA will help you: Develop leadership skills by representing your college Gain practical experience in digital and offline promotion Expand your network with organizers and ambassadors across India Showcase creativity and strategy in campus engagement Earn certificates, recognition and Letters of Recommendation (LoRs) based on your performance Responsibilities 1. Social Media Promotion Share official Kaltarang posters, stories and announcements Promote Kaltarang on Instagram and other relevant platforms Share posts and registration links in college/community groups Submit screenshots and links as proof when required 2. Offline Promotion Display official posters in college notice boards, canteens, club areas, etc. Submit photo/video proof where required Earn bonus points for creativity and teamwork in promotion 3. Performance Metrics Each CA will be evaluated based on: Registrations using your unique CA code: 250 points per registration Poster display proof: 50 points Social media post/repost/story proof: 15 points Engagement: 5 points Consistency and creativity in promotion: Up to 20 bonus points Referral Code System Each CA will receive a unique referral code for participants to use while registering. For every 20 successful registrations, the CA earns 1 free Golden Pass. The pass is valid only if the CA attends Kaltarang in person.
