Management 360: The Antifragile Boardroom

The Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras presents Management 360: The Antifragile Boardroom, a general management competition designed to test participants on real-world managerial challenges spanning strategy, finance, marketing, operations, PR, and HR. Management 360 evaluates cross-functional thinking, decision-making under pressure, and the ability to adapt when the situation changes without warning. Each round is structured to filter for genuine managerial breadth. Rounds: Round 1 Quiz Round (on Unstop) Round 2 Submission Round (via Unstop) Round 3 The Antifragile Boardroom (Offline) Guidelines: This event is open to all college students. Team members should be from the same institute. A team must consist of 3 students. A student cannot be part of more than one team. There is no limit to the number of entries that can be received from a particular institute. Each team can submit only one entry for the competition. The decision of the organizers and judges will be final and binding on the team. The format, structure, and prize money of events are subject to change before the actual beginning of the event. By entering this competition, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the competition material.
