Event Details: Date: 9–11 October Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Duration: 4 hours Venue: Auditorium, NIT Uttarakhand Eligibility: Open to students from all colleges and schools (Valid college/school ID required). Participation Guidelines & Rules: Decorum: Delegates are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, respect, and decorum during all sessions. Research & Preparation: Participants should conduct thorough research on their assigned country and committee agenda prior to the conference. Attendance in the designated committee session is mandatory. Dress Code: Participants are required to adhere to Western Formal attire (formal shirts, pants, or equivalent professional clothing) and maintain a neat, presentable appearance at all times. Position Paper: Each delegate must submit a position paper outlining their assigned country's stance and possible solutions, following the prescribed format before the deadline. Late submissions may lead to penalties or disqualification. Resolution Rules: Resolutions must address the committee agenda, include Sponsors and Signatories, and consist of a Heading, Preambulatory Clauses, and numbered Operative Clauses. Amendments can be proposed during debates and require a majority vote to pass. Committee Flow (Session Procedure): Roll Call. Agenda Setting. General Speakers' List (GSL). Moderated & Unmoderated Caucuses. Resolution Phase (Draft Submission, Introduction, Q&A, Amendments, and Voting Procedure). Rewards & Prizes: Total Prize Pool: ₹30,000. Certificates: Digital certificates for all participants. Note: All prizes and certificates will be released within 7 days after the event concludes.
