Eligibility: The competition is open to final-year (4th-year) students pursuing B.E./B.Tech courses from eligible campuses across India. Students from all engineering specialisations (Circuit and Non-Circuit branches) are eligible to participate. Cross-specialisation teams are allowed, but cross-college teams are not permitted. A participant can be a member of only one team, and any violation of the eligibility guidelines may lead to disqualification. What We Expect from You: The ACG Pack A Pitch 2.0 consists of the following key stages: Prototype Submission: Teams will submit a 3–8 slide presentation, a functional prototype, and a 1–3 minute video pitch outlining their solution to the chosen case study as per your specialisation. Teams belonging to the Engineering category should submit only the Engineering case, while teams eligible for the Technology category should submit only the Technology case. Teams must select only one case study and submit their solution for the chosen case study. As part of the submission process, all participating teams are required to review, accept, and submit the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Failure to complete the NDA may result in the submission being deemed incomplete. (The form can be downloaded along with the case study from the brief icon itself). Submissions must be made in PDF/PPT and MP4 formats within the designated submission window and will be evaluated by the ACG team. Students are required to choose the case study aligned with their course specialization. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification, at the sole discretion of the organization. Teams will be able to make changes to their submissions until the deadline. Participating teams will be shortlisted for the next round based on innovation, technical implementation, feasibility, scalability, and overall impact. All teams are advised to submit their entries a few hours before the deadline to avoid any last-minute technical issues. Grand Finale: Finalists will be invited to present their comprehensive solutions to the esteemed ACG jury. Prizes and Rewards: Technology and Engineering Category: The winning team will receive a cash prize of INR 100,000/- 1st Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 50,000/- 2nd Runner-ups will receive a cash prize of INR 25,000/- PPI opportunities for students demonstrating exceptional talent and aligning well with the company’s requirements. Campus Winner & CV Points – Campuses with 5+ team nominations will have one winning team selected and awarded certificates. Every participant will receive a certificate of participation in recognition of their efforts.
