Learn essential career skills such as effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making to prepare yourself for real-world challenges and future opportunities. Completion of this course is mandatory to qualify for the next step. Begin your Micro-Internship Journey Experience the fast-paced world of FMCG sales through a 7-day micro-internship with PepsiCo. Get hands-on exposure by conducting on-ground market research, understanding consumer insights, and solving real business challenges while learning directly from industry experiences. Profile Screening Take the final step in your Pep Sales Stars journey by submitting your resume and preparing for the final evaluation round. Completing the micro-internship will unlock the opportunity to be considered for a PPI (Pre-Placement Interview). Rewards* Over 5,000 candidates will get the opportunity to embark on an exciting micro-internship journey. Over 150 Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) opportunities will be offered to the top-performing candidates from the micro-internship program. Final-year students will be considered for direct job roles, while students in earlier years will be eligible for future offers based on micro-internship performance. PPI (Pre-Placement Interview) shortlisting will be based on micro-internship performance. Post this, there will be a training period of 6–9 months with a package of 6 lakhs CTC + perks + Pepfit.
