Grounded in the belief that great ideas aren't anyone's monopoly and even the simplest can spark something massive, this platform connects your vision with experienced Reliance leadership and founders of successful startups to nurture, mentor, and elevate your work to new heights. Today, it has grown into one of India’s most prestigious B-School competitions, firmly capturing the campus mindspace. Guided by this year's theme, 'Different by Design,' the initiative embraces the belief that the future won't be built on clichéd concepts, but on ideas purposefully crafted to stand apart. Eligibility: T.U.P XII is open to B-School students in India from all streams and academic years, provided they are pursuing a full-time degree. Competition Structure: IDEA SUBMISSION (3-minute pitch video) ELIMINATION ROUND (3 min video, 3 min presentation, 4 min Q&A) SEMI-FINALE (7 min pitch presentation, 5 min Q&A) GRAND FINALE (Idea Exhibition at Reliance Innovation Marketplace, The Ultimate Pitch Live Competition) Rules: A team shall consist of 1-4 members, one of whom would be the team leader All of the team members should be from the same institute All of the team members must be from the same graduating year One student cannot be part of more than one team Only full-time post-graduate and executive MBA students can participate in T.U.P XII There is no restriction on the number of teams from an institute Ideas that are found to be plagiarized will be disqualified Your Idea Should: Be Different by Design Be futuristic Solve a real-world need or problem Challenge conventional wisdom Be practical and scalable Have a strong business case Rewards & Prizes: Pre-placement interviews for all Semi-Finalists The Ultimate Winner: INR 6 lakhs The Ultimate Runner-Up: INR 3 lakhs Popular Choice Award: INR 1 lakh Elimination Round Winners receive ₹50K & Runners-Up receive ₹25K respectively, along with exciting T.U.P merchandise!
