Role Call 2026 - A National Level HR Case Challenge

Overview: Vitarka - The HR & IR Club of SIBM Pune proudly presents Role Call 2026, a national-level HR case challenge that takes conventional case-solving a step further. Here, you don’t just solve the case. You step into the shoes of a character and solve it through their perspective. Analyse a real-world HR crisis, identify its root causes, build a practical solution, and let your chosen character influence how you approach the problem. Participants will be provided with a detailed PDF containing the official character pool, the case, and the evaluation criteria to guide their final solutions. Guidelines: Students of MBA Years 1 and 2 are eligible to apply Each team must consist of 2 participants Participants must choose a character from the official character pool Participants are required to submit their entries in video format via Unstop with the naming convention: Team Name_Name of Institution_RoleCall. eg. HRFire_SIBM Pune_RoleCall. The submission must be a video of maximum 3 minutes The solution must remain relevant to the given HR case The character should influence the solution, not merely the presentation Participants cannot create their own character Offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or inappropriate content will lead to disqualification The judging panel’s decision will be final and binding The submitted video must be the team’s original work The copyright shall be vested with Vitarka - The HR and IR Club of SIBM Pune
