This pan-India competition brings together knowledge and written expression through two exciting rounds: an HR-focused quiz followed by an article-writing challenge. Scribble Dribble aims to: Encourage participants to explore contemporary trends and developments in Human Resources and Organizational Behaviour. Test participants’ conceptual understanding and awareness through an engaging quiz. Showcase participants’ analytical thinking, creativity, and written communication skills. Promote original perspectives on the evolving role of HR in shaping the future of organizations. General Rules and Regulations: Registration: Format: Individual participation only. Each participant may register only once. Multiple registrations may lead to disqualification. Participants must provide accurate personal and institutional details during registration. Competition Structure Round 1 – The Quiz: The competition begins with an online quiz designed to assess participants’ understanding of relevant HR and Organizational Behaviour concepts. Mode: Online Quiz Questions: 30 Duration: 20 minutes Participants will be shortlisted for Round 2 based on their performance in the quiz. Further instructions and the results will be communicated through official event updates. Round 2 – Article Writing: Shortlisted participants will advance to the Article Writing Round, where they will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical thinking, creativity, and written communication skills. Article Topic: The topic/theme will be revealed only to participants shortlisted after Round 1. Submission Window: 24 hours from the announcement of the topic. Submission Mode: Online via the Unstop platform. Word Limit: To Be Announced (TBA). File Format and Naming Convention: To Be Announced (TBA). Participants are expected to submit original, well-structured, and relevant articles within the specified deadline. Detailed submission instructions will be shared with shortlisted participants. Submission Guidelines Articles must be submitted through the designated submission method on Unstop within the stipulated deadline. Participants must ensure that their submissions are original and appropriately referenced wherever required. Plagiarism or any violation of the announced submission guidelines may lead to disqualification. Participants must follow the word limit, file format, naming convention, and other instructions communicated for Round 2. Late submissions may not be considered for evaluation. The article topic will not be disclosed before shortlisting for Round 2. Judging and Decisions Participants will be shortlisted for Round 2 based on their performance in the quiz. Articles will be evaluated on parameters such as relevance to the topic, depth of analysis, originality, clarity of thought, and quality of written communication. The final evaluation criteria will be communicated by the organizing team. The decision of the organizing team and judging panel will be final and binding. Tentative Result Declaration: TBA.
