About PGPSM (Post-Graduate Program in Startup Management): Post Graduate Programme in Startup Management (PGPSM) at SPJIMR is an 11-month, full-time programme designed for those looking to build careers in startups and high-growth businesses. PGPSM brings together management foundations, venture building, founder led learning, AI and emerging technologies, and hands-on startup immersion. Students learn by building and testing ideas, solving real startup problems, and making decisions in uncertain environments while learning directly from faculty, founders, and practitioners. A four month, full time startup residency takes learning beyond the classroom, giving students the opportunity to work inside a startup, contribute to live business priorities, and experience first hand what it takes to build and operate in a fast moving environment. Eligibility Criteria: Open to full-time undergraduate students currently enrolled in recognized Indian colleges and universities across the following tracks and cohorts: Eligible Cohorts: Class of 2027: Final-year undergraduate students (Graduating in 2027). Class of 2028: Pre-final year undergraduate students (Graduating in 2028). Eligible Disciplinary Tracks: Engineering & Technology: B.E. / B.Tech (All branches). Management & Commerce: BBA, BMS, B.Com, and allied programs. Applied Sciences & Computing: BCA, B.Sc (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computing, IT, and basic sciences). Team Formation Guidelines Team Size: Participate as an individual or in teams of up to 3 members. Campus Rule: All members of a team must be enrolled in the same college/university. Cross-year and inter-departmental teams are welcome. Registration & Verification Flow: One student registers as the Team Leader and adds team members using their registered email/mobile details. Added team members must verify and confirm their registration details on the Unstop platform. Assessment Access: Team rounds are accessed and submitted through the Team Leader’s account. Individual assessment rounds must be taken independently by each registered member. No Campus Limit: There is no restriction on the number of teams participating from any single institution. Roster Lock: Team rosters cannot be modified once the registration deadline passes.
