Round 1: HR Quiz (Elimination Round) Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Duration: 10 minutes. Top-scoring teams/participants will qualify for Round 2. Round 2: HR Case Study Challenge Shortlisted participants will receive a real-world HR case study. Deliverables: Problem Identification, Situation Analysis, HR Recommendations, Implementation Plan, and Conclusion. The detailed case study will be shared separately with shortlisted participants only. Evaluation Criteria Round 1: Accuracy of responses, overall quiz score, and time taken (if applicable). Round 2: Understanding of the HR problem, depth of analysis, practicality and feasibility of recommendations, creativity and critical thinking, and quality of presentation and communication. Eligibility & Team Guidelines Open to all students. Inter-college teams are allowed. Inter-specialization teams are allowed. Team Size: 1–3 students. Rules Participants must register through Unstop before the deadline. The Round 1 quiz must be attempted by the team leader within the given time window. Only teams/participants shortlisted from Round 1 will proceed to Round 2. Round 2 submissions must be original work and submitted within the specified deadline and format. The decisions of the judges and organising committee will be final and binding. The organisers reserve the right to modify rules, timelines, or case study content if required.
