CCS Case Challenge: Unlocking Value in MSME Finance About the Competition Cephas Consultancy Services (CCS) invites students and early-career professionals to tackle a real business problem: small businesses lose money every day to idle cash, high borrowing costs, tax-rate gaps, and delayed GST refunds. Participants will design a practical, scalable solution that captures these inefficiencies and shares the gains with the customer. Case Problem Design a financial-efficiency model for Indian MSMEs and self-employed professionals. Your solution should identify where value is being lost, propose how to capture it, and show how the gains are shared between the customer and the service provider. The detailed case brief will be shared with registered teams on [date].
