About the Competition Vihaan X is North India's largest student-run hackathon, organised by IEEE DTU. The Software Track is a celebration of innovation through code, where participants collaborate to build impactful digital solutions in an intense 24-hour window. The format is structured as 8 hours of coding, 8 hours of building, and 8 hours of debugging — pushing teams to turn ideas into fully functional applications. From AI-powered platforms and full-stack web apps to mobile and system-level solutions, this track is where ambitious builders ship real products, not just prototypes. Teams design scalable, user-centric solutions while getting mentored by industry experts throughout the event.
