Qualified teams will advance to Round 2. Round 2 – Idea Submission: Dates: 31st August – 4th September 2026 Qualified teams must submit: Problem Statement Proposed Solution Technology Stack System Architecture (Optional) Presentation (PPT/PDF) Project Roadmap Submissions will be evaluated based on innovation, feasibility, scalability, and technical approach. Selected teams will qualify for the Grand Finale. Grand Finale – Live Prototype Presentation: Date: 10th September 2026 Finalists will present their working prototypes before the judging panel through an online meeting. Cross-college teams are allowed. A participant cannot be part of multiple teams. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. AI tools may be used, but projects must demonstrate original work and understanding. Projects must be developed specifically for WEBVERSE. The judges' decisions will be final and binding. Any form of misconduct may result in immediate disqualification. The organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule if required.
